Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. We currently do not ship internationally.
What are the delivery options?
All of our orders ship via UK Royal Mail Signed shipping. We will email you the delivery tracking number as soon as your order ships!
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping within the UK and Europe on all orders over 40GBP. All orders under 40GBP shipping costs are as followed:
UK – 4GBP
Moldova – 2GBP
Rest of Europe – 10GBP
When will my order arrive?
All of our orders ship within 1-2 business days. Estimated shipping times:
UK – London: 1-3 business days
Rest of UK: 2-4 business days
Moldova: 2-4 business days
Rest of Europe: 5-7 business days

I’m having trouble logging in to my account.
– Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used at registration.
– If you have forgotten your password, please select the “Forgot your password?” option on the ‘Sign In’ page. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the “Reset your password” option.
– Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
– Occasionaly our website undergoes system maintenance. If your having trouble logging in, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
– If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact our Customer Service Department and indicate the problem. We will assign a new password for you as soon as possible for you to log in.
What should I do if I want to add or remove items in my cart?
Please sign into your account and select the shopping cart on the top right of the page. You will be able to view all of the items that are currently in the shopping cart. If you wish to delete an item from the cart, simply click on the “Remove Icon” button next to the item. If you wish to change the quantity for any individual item, simply enter the new amount you want to purchase in the “Qty” column.
We accept major payment methods Visa and MasterCard.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
Where are your products from?
All our products come from Asia, we currently stock products from both Korea and China. We source our products directly from manufacturers and through our reliable network of third party suppliers. Please refer to the specific product page for more information.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! All of our products are 100% genuine and authentic!
Can I change my order?
Please contact us ASAP at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist. We can only assist with orders that have not yet shipped.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds on all our products within 21 days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Which items can’t be returned?
Unfortunately we can’t return any unsealed products. If your product is sealed and you have changed your mind, you can contact us for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received your returned items, you will receive your refund within 30 days.

Do I have to pay to return the items?
Yes, if you wish to return the items you must pay the return shipping cost. Please contact us before you return any items. For more information please refer to our REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At checkout, fill in your shipping address, choose a payment method and shipping option. If you have a valid Promo Code, simply enter the Promo Code into the Promo Code box.
Where can I find the expiry date?
You can find the expiry date on the bottom/back of the product. Our products generally list the expiry date in the yyyy/mm/dd format. Generally, our products last two to three years from the date of purchase unopened.
